The Western Montana Community Center is an open affirming environment for peoples of all sexual orientations and gender identity expressions. We empower our community through education, advocacy, and collaborative networking. We strive to be Western Montana’s voice for the LGBTIQ community and allies.

Lavender Rights Project elevates the power, autonomy, and leadership of the Black intersex & gender diverse community through intersectional legal and social services. We provide life-saving policy and social change advocacy, comprehensive care, and legal services to LGBTQ+ individuals, with a particular emphasis on supporting Black trans communities. Our three areas of impact (Gender Based Violence Prevention, Housing and Economic Justice) provide stability, joy, and safety for Black gender diverse people in Washington State and across the USA.

The Glacier Queer Alliance (GQA) is focused on providing positive, safe, community resources, events, and spaces for people of all gender identities and sexual orientations in the Flathead Valley.

Lambert House is a safe place for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ) youth ages 10-22. Our calendar is packed with fun activities, support groups, planning meetings, dances, and other events. Lambert House is where LGBTQ youth make life better for each other.

Since 2001, Gender Odyssey has been an annual event attracting hundreds of people from across North America and around the world. It is an international conference focused on the needs and interests of transgender and gender diverse children of all ages, their families and supporters, and the professionals who serve them.

True U is an online hormone therapy clinic that provides safe and medically supervised hormone therapy to the trans and non-binary community. We utilize modern-day technology and the most up-to-date clinical practices. Our goal is to provide this service at an accessible price, all while treating our clients with compassion and respect.

Through QueerDoc individuals can access gender affirming hormones like testosterone, estradiol, progesterone and other medications such as bicalutamide, raloxifene (SERMs), and puberty blockers. Organizations can step up their LGBTQ+ diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with QueerDoc. Healthcare providers can expand their gender affirming knowledge base and improve their skills in serving the LGBTQ+ community.

Ingersoll Gender Center is an organization by, and for transgender and gender nonconforming people that provides mutual support through peer led support groups, advocacy in navigating resources, community organizing, and education — all in the pursuit of our collective self-determination.

The Official group page for the Flathead LGBT+ Youth. This is a social and support group for middle school and high school students and their families in the Flathead Valley. Support offered by Glacier Queer Alliance.

As a coalition of transgender, non-binary, and two spirit individuals and organizations throughout the state of Montana, we provide workshops, leadership opportunities, education, and more to the people of Montana.
