NICE to meet YOU
Megan lewis
Intersectional Feminist. Relationship Therapist. Hat Collector.
LMHC, LCPC
Nice to meet you, I’m Megan. I help people from all backgrounds learn their worth, empower their voices, and find ways to deepen relationships. I am here to normalize therapy and challenge the stigma that feelings equal weakness. I am on your side. Therapy is a delicate art, and I’m here to give you a thoughtfully-balanced approach to making lasting changes. I’m a proud feminist and BIPOC and LGBTQA+ ally. I practice gender-affirming care and am committed to my own self-awareness in and outside the therapy office.
I knew at an early age I wanted to work with people. Since I was raised internationally between the USA, Nigeria, Scotland, and England, “home” was always defined more by feeling than a place. I still remain strongly connected to narratives of change, moving, new beginnings, and transformation. I am honored to connect deeply with my clients through their own journeys and to hold space for the unearthed topics.
I’m NOT your AVERAGE therapist
While I have deep respect and admiration for our field, I know that therapy can feel stuffy, disconnected, and awkward. At MLC, I’m here to help you be yourself, so I’m committed to being myself.

MLC values
CONNECTION
Finding the right therapist is PIVOTAL. Therapy takes courage to show up and be you, so having a provider you can trust and who respects you is key. I want you to find that, so if it’s not with me-that’s cool. I’ll help you find one in the area that will work!
KNOWLEDGABLE
I am fully licensed in both Washington and Montana. Staying on top of new research, training, and continued education is a priority in my practice in order to better serve you.
CURIOUS
Our conversations are guided by questions rooted in curiosity to help you understand yourself more. To be curious about yourself means that you have not given up on where you are, but a yearning to grow and increase your self-awareness.
HONESTY
I believe that when you can show up and sit in honesty, you take the power away from shame. Working with me, you are also working with someone who will embody honesty as well. We are all human.
PLAYFULNESS
My belief is that inviting a witty and fun-loving spirit to sessions can be healing and help reduce the stuffiness. Therapy doesn’t have to be so heavy.
INTERSECTIONALITY
I approach modern relationships from a body positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, anti-racist framework.
