It’s time to INVEST in YOU
YES, you ARE worth it
For years I have worked with couples and individuals who feel like it’s “too late” to find healing or don’t know where to start with the years of disconnection. I am here to tell you that you deserve to feel respected, to have space for grief, and are allowed not to have the answers. So often we can feel consumed with uncomfortable emotions or our negative self-talk intimidates us from seeking help. It’s hard. This is your chance to dive in and give your relationships and your future self the time it deserves to meet your goals. By investing in your life, you benefit emotionally, physically, and socially. I am here to break the stigma of counseling being scary. Our time together will be rooted in compassion, honesty, and care. Let’s get to work.
Couples Therapy
-
“We love each other and are committed to this relationship, but we feel like strangers and haven’t felt connected in ages. We want “us” back. “ Can you relate? If so, you are in the right spot. These are comments we hear often in our field.
It’s time to level up your relationship.
Maintaining relationships takes work, and because we change with time. if the relationship doesn’t evolve alongside of you as an individual, it can cause disconnection, resentment, and a lack of excitement.
Couples therapy sessions are for partners who are wanting to strengthen their communication and who are committed to reconnection.
Couples therapy is a gift to your relationship.
The Benefits:
-Learning how to talk to each other without sounding critical and becoming an active listener in conversations.
-Learn tools to help prepare you for having the harder conversations and be open to receiving what the other person has to say
-Gain a greater understanding of family dynamics and why your partner is the way they are. (Blended families or navigating your new in-laws)
-Recognizing apologizing is more than just saying ” I’m sorry.” Learning the parts of a meaningful apology AND learning how to receive an apology that fuels connection, not disconnection.
-Conflict Resolution (Conflict is going to happen. Let’s figure out a way it can stay healthy and respectful)
-Intimacy/Sex (changes in sex lives, kinks, non-monogamy, loss of attraction, setting healthy expectations in marriages, finding new ways to enjoy passion with your partner)
-Feeling more supported in parenting together. Shining a light on the imbalance and recreating an equitable parental dynamic.
-Helping partners learn how to hold space for grief and loss. Gaining more comfort with uncomfortable emotions and recognizing the power of being present.

Discernment Counseling
-
What is it?
If you or your spouse are considering divorce but are not completely sure that’s the best path, you are in a tough spot. If you, or your partner, feel on the brink of ending the marriage Discernment Counseling is designed for you. It’s a chance to slowdown, take a breath, and look at your options for your marriage.
Goals:
Discernment Counseling is a way of helping couples where one person is “leaning out” of the relationship—and not sure that regular marriage counseling would help--and the other is “leaning in”—that is, interested in rebuilding the marriage.
What can I expect?
You will come in as a couple but the most important work occurs in the one-to-one conversations with Megan. Why? Because you are starting out in different places.
I respect your reasons for divorce while trying to open up the possibility of restoring the marriage to health.
I emphasize the importance of each of you seeing your own contributions to the problems and the possible solutions. This will be useful in future relationships even if this one ends.
-
Discernment counseling is time-limited, with 1 to 5 appointments. Each appointment is 2-hours, which includes time together and also each individual time with Megan.
$400 / 2 hour session
Pre-Marital Retreat
-
Pre-Marital Counseling so often is tied to a place of worship or advice from family and friends. Sometimes that’s great. If you aren’t a religious person or if you are sick of outdated advice and are wanting a non-bias perspective. Your relationship deserves to ask questions that go deeper, challenge you, and explore topics that will build a stronger foundation.
The Pre-Marital Retreats will be 6 hours in total (one day). These will occur at the Luxury modern chalet location 8 miles from Glacier National Park. The day will include therapeutic meetings, intentional activities for reflection, and relaxation opportunities which will allow the two of you to leave feeling refreshed and closer to your partner than ever! Extra perks will be available to upgrade the day and treat your relationship!

2-3 day packages
Located at a modern chalet nestled in the trees just minutes from Glacier National Park is where you and your partner(s) get to commit to reconnection and healing.
Each day will involve healthy meals provided by a talented chef, therapeutic meetings with Megan, time for reflection and relaxation, activities curated to your relationship, and tools for practice. Being able to have a therapist on-site during the day allows the opportunity to dive in deeper as a couple and removes the pressure of feeling rushed in moments of understanding.
Each package can be customized to the couple’s needs. The retreat will also be offering seasonal activities for the area and special guests to attend: sound bath healers, massage therapists, etc.
If you are traveling outside of the area, the retreats will offer a ride to and from the airport during your stay.
The retreat can accommodate 6 guests (3 bedrooms) if a family is wanting to focus on healing and processing wounds.
Please let Megan know if you are interested.
