What MLC can help with:

Welcome to our dynamic platform, offering tailored services for individuals struggling with low self-esteem, communication issues, marital disconnection, trust issues, sexual intimacy, trauma, anxiety/depression, boundary setting, and grief. OR if you are going thinking of hopping on the marriage and commitment train, pre-marital therapy is some of my favorite work to do! Here, you will get the chance to talk about all things under the sun with your partner in a sweet and helpful way that allows you to go into marriage stronger and more prepared.

We provide a safe space for clients to explore identity, support for couples to build trust and intimacy, and guidance for individuals navigating trauma and mental health challenges. Our approach emphasizes compassion, empowerment, and growth, helping clients thrive in relationships and personal well-being.

YOU deserve TO TAKE UP SPACE

Being human means navigating complexities within every one of our relationships—including with ourselves. Your experience, whether it’s increased anxiety, depression, having relationship conflict, lacking boundaries, or working through infidelity— it’s all valid. Whatever it is, life is messy. We often tend to neglect ourselves in the process of focusing on other people’s needs, maybe because of avoidance or fear of what might come up. You may even feel desperate reading this but recognize your readiness to be more grounded and feel more like the self you crave. If you’re open to discovering what lasting change looks like for you…your story matters.

Let’s get to work.

time to RESET

If you’ve had a negative therapy experience, hesitation about trying again is understandable. Therapy should be a safe space. A place to process what you need to without receiving an emotional response or personal opinion the way you would if sharing with a loved one. I’m not here to tell you what to do, but to provide the space for you to process your emotions and experiences.

Therapy should be a place you look forward to going to!
